There are a lot of memorable moments in Home Alonethat are tied to music, but this one takes the cake.

There are classic hymns and carols throughout, with a couple of original versions thrown in. There are also plenty of nods to the original films in both the soundtrack and the film's score.

There is a mad, slow-motion scramble to catch the doll before it shatters. "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer"–Pam and Jeff belong to a bell choir, The Ne'er Do Bells. The pair perform while arguing about Jeff breaking into a home to steal back their antique doll.

"O Holy Night" creates one of the most important scenes inHome Alone. Kevin approaches the neighborhood church, walks by the nativity scene, and slowly enters the chancel. "Carol of the Bells" is one of the most intense pieces ofHome Alone. The swift, wordy carol starts to fade and leads into an epic moment in the musical score as Kevin's heroic fate approaches.

Later, Jeff confirms this but finds the prized doll missing and assumes Max took it.

The song's self-explanatory title invites listeners to look around and notice the little Yuletide touches everywhere. For devoted Home Alone fans, it's hard to imagine the song without its smooth transition into the toll of the bell and the cinematic sound of impending danger. Kevin wonders whether or not he'll have a merry Christmas without his family . "Christmas " by Darlene Lowe – The end credits play while illustrations recap the film. "Christmas Song" – Aunt Mei sings a very random Christmas song to her politely smiling family.
